Join our ladies’ captain and New Forest physiotherapist Adam Smith-Connor for a talk on COMMON INJURIES IN GOLF – Wednesday 20th March – 11am

Adam’s Mission Statement “To ease your pain and improve your musculoskeletal health, through the use of physiotherapy techniques and education, so that you return to full athletic ability, know how to prevent further injury, and can do the sports and activities you love”

Adam’s talk will focus on injuries common to Golf, although with a slight bias to arthritic issues. Adam was asked by the current Lady Captain to speak in support of her charity Arthritis Action. Adam has been her physio for some years whilst she dealt with crippling osteoarthritis, followed by a knee replacement, and then a frozen shoulder.
