In order to better protect the ground between the Tees & Penalty Areas on the 6th hole during wet conditions, we will be reintroducing the Drop Zone from Monday 20th November .
From the date of posting this Local Rule (until it’s removal by the Chairman of Greens), any ball played from either Mens or Ladies Tees which crosses the white line denoting the start of the impacted area and comes to rest on ground up to, but not including any Penalty Areas, must be retrieved and played without penalty from the designated Drop Zone.
Any ball coming to rest within a Penalty Area can either be played ‘as it lies’ or relief can be taken from the Drop Zone under penalty.
Please avoid taking trollies through this area when the Local Rule is in operation.
